SHIPPING POLICY: Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.  Express shipping may be requested for an additional cost.  Express orders must be placed 72 hours in advance by 9:00AM Pacific Standard Time.

$0.01 to $49.00...….$7.00
$50.00 to $99.00...$9.00
$100.00 and up........$11.00

OVERNIGHT RATE:
Please contact us for a direct quote. The location and time will determine the final cost.

RETURN POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with any full priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must complete a Customer Returns form.  Please click HERE

***Purchases or gifts may be returned within 3 days of receipt (this is to ensure that items are handled properly).  Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Exceptions include defective items or late deliveries without advance notice.  In those cases, we will send you a prepaid shipment label.  

Returned merchandise must be unwashed and UNWORN with all tags attached.  Full-priced items may be returned for a credit card refund, and sale items may be exchanged for online store credit.  Clearance items are final sale.  We reserve the right to refuse customer returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
